Santana Mexican Grill

Terrible service. The girl on the drive thru and the lady have horrible customer service my order gets messed up EVERY time I come here, and I keep coming just because it the closest place to my house. The person in charge obviously doesn’t care because behavior doesn’t change with these employees.

I'm not a person to post and complain but when ever i asked them to make something better it seems like it bugs them i asked today for my fries well cook since last time they were undercook and soggy and they over did it there all dark and u could taste some of them burn I'm paying money is not like I'm getting the things for free and the carne asada fries are not all that cheap

The food is ok but the customer service is very bad.
